Sakshi Excellence Awards 2023 Participation Process
Following are the guidelines to accept nominations and to screen the same. Each nomination shall be considered complete and accepted only if it adheres to the provided guidelines:

Individuals and organizations are eligible for nominations. The innovation demonstrated should have occurred between 1 April, 2023 & 31 March 2024.
Self-nominations is not allowed. Third party individuals/organizations nominations is allowed.
Nomination form can be filled in English/Telugu language only.
The demonstrated innovation should be addressed in detail with as much factual information as possible. If required, additional sheets may also be used to describe the innovation.
The details of the contribution and its impact for the betterment of the sector should be clearly specified.
Along with the application, supporting documents could also be provided which could be of the following nature:
- Documentary evidence of the impact- Copies of papers and presentations to peer groups, if any- Recognitions and awards, if any- Any other evidence that may be relevant
** One copy of signed nomination form along with one set of supporting document to be submitted by 30th of April 2024, 6 pm.

Participation in the awards will be construed as on acceptance of the rules and regulations governing the Awards (which may be modified from time to time).
The determination of who should receive an award for any award category rests with the jury and the jury’s decision is final and binding on all applicants.
